Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction loan administration.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to navigate banking regulations and construction lien law.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; able to create and troubleshoot complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Set up construction loan files and establish controls for monitoring progress and disbursements.
• Coordinate draw requests, inspections, notices, and lien releases to ensure timely funding.
• Support loan policy updates and documentation manuals to reflect policy changes.
• Maintain management reports and assist in compliance and audits.
