Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a Construction Administration professional for a temporary, remote-position. The candidate will administer commercial and residential construction loan portfolios, set up loan files, manage draws, and ensure compliance with banking policies and lien laws.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction loan administration and supervisory experience, with strong Excel/Word skills and knowledge of relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; college degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction loan administration.
• 3-5 years of training and supervisory experience.
• Familiar with banking regulations and construction lien law; real estate documentation and AIA forms.

Responsibilities

• Initial set-up of construction loan files and maintain controls for disbursements and budgets.
• Verify required documentation prior to draw disbursement.
• Coordinate inspections, notices, and draw requests; update title policies as needed.
• Communicate with lenders, CBCs, builders, and borrowers to resolve issues.
• Assist in maintenance of department procedures, reports, audits, and compliance.
