Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction loan administration.
• 3-5 years of supervisory/training experience.
• Proficient with real estate documentation, construction loan agreements and AIA documents.

Responsibilities

• Set up construction loan files with contracts, commitments, budgets and draw schedules, and establish controls to monitor progress and disbursement.
• Verify documentation for draws (Notices, surveys, insurance, inspections, lien releases).
• Maintain department procedures, generate reports, and ensure compliance/alignment with policies.
• Assist in updating policy manuals and procedures for commercial construction.
• Communicate with lenders, CBCs, builders to resolve issues and oversee risk controls.
