The candidate should have 5–7 years in construction loan administration and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, plus strong Excel/Word skills and knowledge of banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction loan administration.
• 3-5 years of training and supervisory experience.
• Minimum high school graduate; college degree preferred.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and construction lien law; familiarity with real estate documentation and AIA documents.
• Excel and Word proficiency; ability to build spreadsheets and troubleshoot formulas.

Responsibilities

• Set up construction loan files and monitor progress, disburse funds, and maintain controls.
• Review documents and ensure compliance before disbursements.
• Communicate with lenders, builders, and borrowers to resolve issues.
• Maintain procedures, reports, audits, and compliance follow-up.
• Update policy manuals to reflect changes in construction policy.
• Fill in as Construction Loan Administration Manager when needed.
