Responsibilities

• Set up construction loan files with contracts, budgets, draw schedules, and related documents.
• Monitor draw process, inspections, and lien releases to ensure compliant disbursements.
• Coordinate with lenders, builders, and owners to resolve issues and maintain records.
• Maintain department procedures and produce reports for audits and compliance.
• Assist with updating Loan Policy Manual to reflect policy changes.
