Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction loan administration.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum high school graduate; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up construction loan files and establish controls to monitor progress and disbursement.
• Verify documentation prior to disbursement of draws (e.g., notices, surveys, insurance, inspections).
• Administer the construction draw process and coordinate inspections and title policy updates.
• Maintain department procedures and reports; assist with policy/manual updates.
• Communicate with lenders, builders, and others to resolve disputes and ensure compliance.
• Adhere to regulations, bank policies, and ethics; assist in risk mitigation tasks.
