Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction loan administration.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum high school graduate, college degree preferred.
• Familiar with banking regulations and construction lien law.
• Proficient in Excel/Word; able to build and troubleshoot spreadsheets.
• Able to interact with borrowers, lenders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Initial set-up of construction loan files with controls and tracking.
• Monitor progress and administer construction draw process.
• Verify documentation, insurance, inspections and lien releases for draws.
• Coordinate inspections and title policy updates as needed.
• Assist in updating department procedures and policy manuals.
• Communicate with lenders, CBCs, builders and borrowers.
• Maintain reports, audits and regulatory compliance.
