Seacoast Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Administration professional for a temporary remote role. You will manage the setup of construction loan files, ensure funds availability, and oversee the draw process with inspections and documentation updates.

The position requires 5–7 years in commercial construction loan administration and 3–5 years in supervision. Strong Excel/Word skills and regulatory knowledge are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction loan administration.
• 3-5 years of training and supervisory experience.
• High school graduate; college degree preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge of banking regulations and construction lien law.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to construct spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Initial set-up of construction loan files and controls to monitor progress.
• Verify documentation prior to disbursement of draws (Notices, insurance, inspections, releases).
• Coordinate draw requests and inspections; manage title updates when needed.
• Maintain reports, audits, and compliance follow-up for department.
• Assist in updating Manuals and policy changes to align with current regulations.
• Fill in as Construction Loan Administration Manager as needed.
