Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned severe claims.
• Provide quality customer service and timely coverage analysis.
• Investigate claims through statements with policyholders and other parties.
• Manage litigation with staff or panel counsel and roundtables.
• Maintain claim files and establish reserves.
• Attend depositions, mediations and other proceedings as needed.
