Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned severe claims.
• Investigate claims with policyholders, claimants and experts.
• Develop and manage litigation plans and costs.
• Negotiate settlements with insureds and claimants.
• Present findings at roundtables and collaborate on payout strategies.
