Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned severity claims.
• Provides quality customer service and ensures timely coverage analysis and communication with insureds.
• Consults with Manager on use of Claim Coverage Counsel as needed.
• Directly investigates each claim through prompt contact with policyholders, claimants, law enforcement, witnesses and experts.
• Verifies injury or property damage details and maintains claim files per procedures.
