CannonDesign seeks a Senior Construction Project Leader to drive preconstruction and field leadership on a mega healthcare project, initially focused on a 2.0+ million square foot Mayo Clinic facility. The role requires consistent on-site presence in Rochester, MN, with CannonDesign’s relocation program supporting on-site commitment.

You’ll collaborate with the design team and client’s construction manager to optimize constructability, cost, and schedule, across delivery models from traditional

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in a construction or engineering field preferred.
• Experience leading large healthcare construction projects is required or highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of design-construction integration and field leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead preconstruction and construction-phase leadership for a mega healthcare project.
• Manage constructability, cost, and schedule with the design team and client’s CM/Builder.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to protect design intent and project delivery.
• Guide delivery model decisions and bid packaging for integrated delivery.
• Oversee risk assessment, contractor pre-qualification, and award recommendations.
