C3 Insurance is seeking a Senior Client Manager in the San Diego area to service a designated book of middle to large market clients, manage renewals, and advise on coverage. You will lead client relationships, collaborate with producers, and ensure accurate market submissions.

The role requires 7+ years in client management, an active P&C license, and strong communication, math, and organizational skills. Travel to client sites is required occasionally, and you can work remotely with flexible

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client management and renewals.
• Active P&C license required.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Service a designated book of middle to large market clients.
• Meet regularly with Producers to update, advise, and inform.
• Analyze and compare exposures to develop renewal or new business strategies.
• Negotiate rates and review quotes for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Prepare proposals and bind coverage with carriers.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely communications with clients, colleagues, and carriers.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
