Job summary

Delve Underground is seeking Construction Inspectors to support water, wastewater and transit projects in North America. You will work at project field offices, inspecting contractor work and preparing daily inspection reports, ensuring alignment with design documents.

Experience in heavy civil construction, tunnel work (including trenchless), and safety compliance is required. Shift work may be involved.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of recent heavy construction experience.
• Experience on at least two tunnel projects, including trenchless tunneling.
• Preferred First Aid and CPR training recognized by OSHA.
• Knowledge of construction-related processes and industry practices.
• Ability to wear PPE and meet physical demands (walking, lifting up to 40 lbs).
• Proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook; Visio/AutoCAD/Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor construction contractor's work and prepare daily inspection reports, including labor, equipment and materials, and review contractor reports.
