GFT seeks a Construction Inspector III to join our Construction Services Team in North Carolina. The role follows a hybrid work model with regular attendance at a NC office.

You will inspect and oversee construction, serve as the daily contact with clients and contractors, and manage project documentation. Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in construction inspection, a safety-first mindset, and strong written and verbal communication.

Formación

• 8-12 years of construction inspection experience.
• Experience in construction, inspection, material testing, or transportation engineering for highway projects.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Strong writing, listening and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and oversee construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Serve as daily point of contact with clients and contractors.
• Manage all aspects of a project including observations, material testing, and documentation.
• Record materials, develop pay estimates and change orders.
• Maintain daily log of construction and inspection activities and monitor progress reports.
