Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Serve as daily point of contact with clients and contractors; manage observations, testing, and documentation.
• Measure distances and verify dimensions, levels, alignment, and elevations.
• Prepare material samples for laboratory testing and examine workmanship for conformance.
• Interpret plans and discuss deviations to ensure regulatory compliance.
