Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• CAC, NICET IV, CCM, or PE license.
• Experience: minimum ten years in related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate data and make recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of construction inspectors.
• Liaise between field staff and office staff.
• Assist Resident Engineer with staffing and overtime.
• Oversee monitoring of construction activities at multiple CT sites.
• Consult with contractors, consultants, engineers and PMs on plans, specs, equipment, materials and methods.
• Support Resident Engineers with related tasks.
