Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking a Senior Construction Representative for Fort Buchanan. You will oversee construction phases, ensure compliance with plans and specs, and prepare daily site reports for government personnel.

Requires a minimum of 7 years in construction contract administration on large federal projects; US citizenship and background screening are required. OSHA/EM 385-1-1 knowledge is preferred, with strong safety and quality emphasis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of construction contract administration and inspection experience on large federal projects.
• Experience with DoD or USACE projects preferred.
• Experience using RMS 3.0 is preferred.
• Knowledge of three-phase inspection process and relevant safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction phases to government personnel.
• Supports change order investigations and preparation.
• Develops inspection requirements and control methods.
• Observes construction phases for schedule and specs compliance.
• Prepares daily site reports including safety and manpower details.
• Assists in contract modification processes and reviews technical submittals.
• Monitors progress and advises on potential delays.
