Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Representative stationed at Ft. Buchanan, Puerto Rico. You will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with plans and schedules, while coordinating with government personnel and project teams.

The role requires a strong background in construction contract administration, inspections, and safety compliance, with DoD/USACE experience preferred. On-site work and federal background checks apply.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred.
• 7+ years of construction contract administration/inspection on large DoD/USACE projects.
• Experience with RMS 3.0 and three-phase inspection process preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specs.
• Support investigation and preparation of change orders.
• Develop detailed inspection requirements and control methods.
