Responsibilities

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specs to government personnel.
• Supports investigation and preparation of change orders.
• Develops detailed inspection requirements and control methods.
• Observes construction phases for schedules, specs, and shop drawings; identifies problems and suggests modifications.
• Performs inspections and completes daily site reports including progress, safety, and manpower notes.
• Assists in contract modification processes.
• Reviews contractor plans and submittals for approval including safety and QC programs.
• Monitors progress and alerts project team of potential delays.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
