Nox Group in the United States is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives across construction projects nationwide. You will develop and implement site-specific HSE plans, mentor the project team, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of managing HSE programs for mid-size to large projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction HSE experience.
• At least 2 years in an HSE leadership role with craft activities.
• Ability to manage 3–10 HSE professionals.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of HSE management systems for projects.
• Provide technical and behavioral leadership to the assigned project.
• Develop or conduct HSE training and track it internally.
• Assist in planning and risk evaluation.
• Provide direction for staff under supervision.
• Report on project HSE culture and performance.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare reports.
• Communicate with client, partners, visitors, and vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
