Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to strengthen our health, safety, and environmental practices across our projects. You will lead implementation of site-specific HSE plans, mentor project teams, and deliver coordinated safety programs with strong emphasis on incident prevention and compliance.

The role requires extensive construction HSE experience, leadership ability, and a commitment to a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of construction HSE experience.
• At least 2 years in an HSE leadership role on construction projects.
• Capable of managing midsize to large projects (≤750 employees).
• Ability to lead teams of 3–10 HSE professionals.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and applicable regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of HSE management systems for projects.
• Provide technical and behavioral leadership to the assigned project.
• Develop and conduct HSE training and track completion.
• Assist in risk evaluation and incident prevention.
• Provide direction to supervision and project personnel.
