Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on a major commercial project in San Francisco. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, ensuring compliance with contract documents and the project schedule, while fostering safety and quality across crews and trade contractors.

You will develop and communicate detailed work sequences, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
Experience building high-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education projects.
In-depth knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
Advanced knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for a project or scope.
Create and implement a culture of safety and quality among employees and trade contractors.
Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with milestones to stakeholders.
Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to gain buy-in on the schedule.
Mentor and develop site team to build a high-performing group.
Maintain relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
Participate in close-out activities including punch lists and operations training.
