Job summary

Linesight in San Francisco seeks a Senior Estimator (CSA) to lead estimate development with the project team, coordinating the approach and ensuring alignment with client goals.

You will develop the total project estimate, prepare the Basis of Estimate and risk analysis, and maintain a library of local rates to support accurate bids. Interviews may be in person or virtual with video required; salary range is $109,000–$140,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimator experience in construction.
• Experience with Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction related discipline.
• RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or pursuing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Strong relationships with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimation with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the Basis of Estimate and risk analysis; advise on contingency.
• Analyze and propose solutions to complex costing challenges.
• Maintain a current local rates library for estimates.
