Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Estimator (CSA) to lead and coordinate the development of project estimates. You will work with a diverse team, develop the total project estimate, and prepare the Basis of Estimate with risk analysis to guide contingency decisions.

You will maintain local rate libraries, communicate effectively, and build strong client relationships while delivering high-quality estimates in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimator experience in a construction environment.
• Experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX.
• Degree in construction-related discipline or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis.
• Make cost contingency recommendations to the project team.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
