You will work on ground-up, remodel, and renovation work with opportunities for professional growth. You will analyze plans, perform quantity takeoffs, coordinate with subcontractors, and help keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimation across healthcare, education, commercial, and high-end residential sectors.
• Proficient in cost estimation and construction management.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Experience with both ground-up and remodel projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specs and performing quantity takeoffs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Review design documents for cost and constructability issues.
• Evaluate cost-saving strategies while maintaining project integrity.
• Assist in pre-construction efforts with cost information and strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects stay on time and budget.
• Update estimating techniques to reflect market trends and methods.
