Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork with PMs, subs, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor bids.
• Develop accurate budgets and proposals.
• Maintain historical cost data and support continuous improvement of estimating processes.
