Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience, with healthcare, higher education, K-12, and private school projects.
• Strong experience in construction management, cost estimation, and project management.
• Proficient with cost estimation and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Participate in proposal preparation and client presentations, providing clear and concise cost information.
• Conduct site visits and gather data to aid estimation.
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to discuss cost estimates and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and adjust contract expenditures, and review and process construction change orders.
• Participate in project management tasks to keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Stay abrea st of industry trends and advancements in construction estimating techniques.
