The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of estimator experience, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency with cost estimation software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator.
• Experience in Hospital, Higher Education, School, Commercial, Federal, State, Government, Retail, Medical, and Civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specs, proposals to prepare time, cost and labor estimates.
• Consult with clients, vendors and foremen to discuss and formulate estimates.
