Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estimating or related field.
• Experience across commercial, retail, K-12, government, office, research, higher education, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, sports & recreation.
• Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheet software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certifications such as CPE are assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, detailed project estimates and bids for construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Conduct thorough risk analysis to support project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects during estimating.
• Research and track market trends to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Participate in proposal presentations and project meetings.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of cost specifications and estimates.
• Provide consultation on planning, scheduling, and cost summary reports.
