University Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager for our San Diego, CA location. UMEC offers industry-leading building information modeling (BIM) capabilities, design/build services, sustainable solutions, commercial HVAC services, and complex mechanical and industrial system installations. The position will lead mechanical construction projects safely on time and within budget for various markets including Healthcare, Life Science, Commercial, and Industrial.
Able to effectively operate the following computer software programs: Microsoft (Excel, Works, Project, Access, and PowerPoint), Bluebeam Revu PDF editing, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting Software), and Quotesoft Estimating Software.
