Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepares design/build, engineer, construction management, GMP, and hard-bid estimates/proposals.
• Analyzes quotations prior to bid day and evaluates bids of subs/suppliers.
• Enters quantity take-offs and material unit pricing for projects.
• Develops subcontractor and vendor scopes and reviews for completeness.
• Manages bid day and close-out activities.
• Provides guidance to junior staff in estimating procedures.
