Provides expert-level technical review of plans, specifications, estimates, calculations, reports, or construction documents.
Recommends engineering policies, standards, and design guidance.
Provides technical assistance to leadership, districts, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Manages or supports complex projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance.
Reviews contracts, scopes of work, task orders, and technical requirements.
Provides guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
Researches new technologies and practices to improve delivery and performance.
Offers expert guidance on construction-related issues.
Performs change orders, RFIs, and related project documents.
