Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Frederick, MD seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead on-site coordination, review contract documents, manage submittals and shop drawings, and work with architects, subcontractors and owner representatives to keep the project on schedule, on budget, and to the required quality.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of related experience, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with BIM/LEAN

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of related construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project documentation workflows.
• Experience with BIM and LEAN principles on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead responsibility for coordinating with Architects, subcontractors, consultants and Owner's Representatives.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings and conformity to contract documents and estimate.
• Manage project budget and change orders; maintain schedule and progress reporting.
