Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety-related field required or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations and practices.
• Experience leading safety programs on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and enforce EH&S on a single construction project based on HQ policy.
• Build relationships with project teams to implement EH&S programs.
• Assess practices; develop action plans to mitigate risks.
• Communicate requirements to leadership and teams; drive compliance.
• Lead training of EH&S policies with project leadership and trades.
• Review environmental and hazardous materials reports and regulations.
• Develop and implement safety, health, and wellbeing programs.
• Develop reports on safety performance for meetings and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts for safety services and on-site wellness/medical services.
• Manage and mentor Project Safety team; support hiring and development.
