Job summary

Path Construction is seeking a proven construction leader in the Dallas, TX area to guide regional projects and growth. The Division Manager will oversee multiple project teams, manage pre-construction activities, and drive profitable execution with a focus on estimating, scheduling, and risk management.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction management, a degree in engineering or CM, strong leadership, and experience using Sage, Primavera, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of building and construction management experience.
• Proficient in estimating, scheduling, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month; OSHA Site Safety Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional teams and implement growth plans for the region.
• Oversee pre-construction activities including vendor qualification, value engineering and estimating.
• Manage project controls for budgeting, scheduling, risk management, QA/QC, and procurement.
