Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• 7+ years of competitive bid experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial estimating.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assures the quality and timeliness of all estimating activities.
• Prepares the total Project Basis of Estimate.
• Leads development of total project estimate.
