Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Tilt-wall construction with design-build experience preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach Project Managers and project teams.
• Oversee multiple construction projects from concept through final closeout.
• Ensure compliance with Hillwood safety programs and OSHA requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners and key stakeholders throughout the project.
• Lead the project closeout process.
