Job summary

Kent Companies in Carrollton, TX seeks a Division Manager to steer our construction division’s growth, profitability, and client relations. You will lead strategic plans across Talent, Business Development, Preconstruction, Operations and Customer Relations, focusing on gross margin and net profit.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Business or 10 years in construction with 5 years in leadership, plus strong cost control, planning, and team development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management or 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including five years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong cost management, planning, and scheduling understanding.
• Practical written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division to achieve sales, profitability, cash flow, and strategic goals.
• Develop high-performing teams and coach personnel across the division.
• Drive bids, proposals, and growth initiatives with focus on gross margin.
