Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, leading and developing staff.
• Experience in client relations, negotiations and consulting within construction.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to project strategy with Directors and executes within the business unit and with the client.
• Manages project costs, schedule, risks and scope; develops charter and execution plan.
• Leads meetings, sets agendas, maintains budgets and timelines to meet client needs.
• Prepares and coordinates reports and reviews for clients and management at all project phases.
• Oversees selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams as needed.
• Reviews requisitions, change orders and invoices; advises on financials.
• Participates in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• Organizes resources; may supervise project managers, planners and CAD operators.
• Delivers documentation and reports to clients and facilities management; ensures compliance.
• Cooperates with building personnel to meet quality, cost and profit goals.
• Reports major issues and recommendations to senior management; obtains approvals for changes.
