Job summary

Summit County Land Bank seeks a professional to manage construction and development projects on-site, overseeing property management and maintenance for SCLB-owned properties.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, planning, coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance, quality and on-time, on-budget delivery. A bachelor’s degree plus 2–4 years’ related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years of related, full-time experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a building trade is a plus; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Performs work under general supervision on moderately complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site project management, property management, and maintenance services.
• Assist in determining project priorities, planning, scheduling, and financing.
• Develop plans and schedules for completion of assigned projects.
• Coordinate with staff, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Inspect ongoing work for compliance, quality, and timeliness.
• Assist in preparing bids, RFQs, and other solicitations.
