Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive site civil and project management experience.
• PE license in Colorado required.
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through collaboration and problem-solving.
• Serve as primary client contact with project updates and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare proposals including scope, schedules, and fee estimates.
• Lead site civil projects, overseeing design, permitting, financial performance, and client coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local permits and entitlement processes.
