Job summary

Holiday Builders is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead land development projects from due diligence to final acceptance. You will coordinate between departments to communicate status and ensure alignment with project schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business, at least 5 years of related experience, and strong skills in Microsoft Office, scheduling, and contract oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years directly related experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of civil, geotechnical engineering and surveying.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from due diligence to final acceptance.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting for development.
• Oversee consultants to ensure timely deliverables and quality.
