Job summary

Summit Line Construction is a leading utility construction firm supporting projects across the western region. The Senior Project Controls Specialist works with Project Managers to drive completion of financial activities, monitor billing, forecasting, and change management for assigned projects.

The role provides hands‑on support to project teams and ensures timely information flows to Accounting within established timelines, reinforcing standardized processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of project controls, construction finance, cost management, or project operations support.
• Experience working with Project Managers in construction, infrastructure, or project-based environments.
• Proficiency with project billing, change management, forecasting, and EAC processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly project financial calendar and deliverables with Project Managers.
• Maintain a consolidated view of outstanding financial action items and drive completion.
• Monitor client billing and ensure timely submission of billings to clients.
