Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience adjudicating construction defect claims (or related) with exposure of $100,000+.
• Bachelor’s degree required; licenses in multiple jurisdictions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate complex construction defect claims with high financial impact.
• Investigate, gather information, and analyze policy coverage and endorsements.
• Manage diaries and reserves to drive timely, favorable resolutions.
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate with legal teams and clients.
