You will review policy language, analyze reserves, lead investigations and manage litigation, partnering with underwriting and senior leadership. Requires 5+ years of construction defect claims experience and active adjuster licenses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction defect claims experience.
• Coverage analysis experience.
• Litigation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage in a work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

• Review policy language and coverage position letters.
• Review, analyze, and recommend reserves.
• Lead investigation and litigation management of claims.
• Present claims for reserve or settlement authority.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Sr. Leadership.
• Travel 10-15% for meetings and mediations as needed.
