Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Adjuster licensing as required by jurisdiction(s) handled.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial general liability claims handling experience; litigated and construction-related claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate and manage a full caseload of CGL claims.
• Drive timely claim resolution through proactive file management.
• Analyze complex policy language to determine coverage applicability.
• Manage litigated files and supervise defense counsel.
