Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day counsel on contracts/construction law for assigned units/regions.

• Analyze and summarize legal documents and complex contracts.
• Review owner contracts and support bidding/negotiation processes.
• Deliver legal training and share best practices with the business units.
