Qualifications

• Advise business partners on legal, contractual and risk matters.
• Analyze and summarize legal documents and complex transactions.
• Review owner contracts and support negotiation and bidding processes.
• Manage litigation and corporate disclosures for RFQ/RFP responses.
• Deliver training on legal topics to business units.
