Responsibilities

• Manages complex large construction projects including hospitality, healthcare, airports, etc.
• Plans and formulates management processes and organizes project staff.
• Implements quality controls with reviews for design compliance and standards.
• Manages staff and activities for scheduling and resolving design/construction problems.
• Oversees design changes, specifications and drawing releases.
• Prepares status reports and monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules.
• Maintains positive professional relationships with clients and internal/external teams.
